$-- in a cashier’s check, money order or cash to be received by seller at time of pick up. If paying by personal check, must be received by seller no less than 14 days before pickup. Said kitten is to be in good health and free of any contagious condition, illness or parasites. Our cattery is Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and we regularly test our cats. We guarantee that your new kitten/cat will be negative as well. It is highly recommended that buyer brings their new kitten for a check up with Buyers own vet within 72 hours. If any contagious or life threatening illness is found at this time, the kitten will be replaced by seller with a kitten of the same quality at no charge. Said kitten will have had it’s first vaccinations at nine weeks of age. Seller will be provided with current shot record. Said kitten’s next series of shots will be due at twelve weeks of age.
This kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for one year. Should the cat die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat will be replaced only if an appropriate autopsy is performed by a licensed vet and a vet's certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. A replacement of a cat of comparable quality and value, as available; or a refund will be made at the discretion of the breeder. Should the cat die of a congenital defect during an unnecessary surgery where prior written permission has not been obtained, no refund or replacement will be made.
Buyer agrees to the following:
No Cash Refunds. This kitten is being sold as a pet quality kitten with no known faults that will keep him out of the show ring. Buyer has full rights to show him, if so desired. If purchased as pet, buyer agrees to spay/neuter this cat within 6 months and guarantees this cat will not be used for stud/breeding. Registration papers will be provided with veterinarian's certificate of spay/neuter. If sold as pet and altering certificate is not received by ____ the undersigned buyer agrees that the seller has the right to reclaim the above named cat without refund of purchase price and/or receive additional $700 as payment for breeding rights. At no time during this cat’s life is it to be housed in an enclosure smaller than 7’ wide by 7’ tall by 7’ deep. If this cat is found to be neglected or mistreated, the purchaser will surrender the cat to Razzeldots Bengals, unconditionally. If at any time Buyer decides to sell this cat, seller has the first option to purchase it back and also has the right to know who the other interested parties are. Under no circumstances will this cat/kitten be sold, leased or given away to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility. This contract is legally binding to the Buyer and Seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties. Any legal fees incurred in upholding this contract will be paid by the Buyer. Venue is in the State of Illinois and in the County of Livingston. Breeders always take precedence over pet buyers
